The rules for creating an account, operating a storefront, using paid plans, publishing content, and accessing Pasalify services.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Pasalify, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you use Pasalify for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must use Pasalify only where doing so is lawful.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate registration and store information.
Keep account credentials secure and use the account only through authorized access.
Assign staff roles and permissions only to people authorized to act for the account.
Review account and store activity and contact Pasalify about suspected unauthorized use.
Use the platform in a lawful way without disrupting the service or other users.

Service, plans, trials, and billing

Pasalify provides hosted commerce software with plan-based features and limits. Current prices, billing intervals, currencies, trial periods, and entitlements are shown before checkout and may vary by supported billing region.

Changes and contact

Paid subscriptions are processed through the payment provider selected at checkout and renew for the selected billing interval unless canceled under that provider’s rules. Subscription access is enabled from verified billing events, not merely by returning from checkout.

Failed or canceled paid subscriptions may lose paid entitlements and fall back to the available free plan. Existing store data is not automatically deleted solely because paid access ends.

Merchant content and customer responsibilities

Merchants control the products, policies, content, and customer relationships in their storefronts.

Publish only accurate, lawful content that you have the right to use.
Maintain customer-facing terms, privacy information, delivery rules, prices, taxes, refund practices, and product claims appropriate to your business.
Handle customer requests and protect customer information available through your account.
Do not use Pasalify to sell prohibited goods, deceive customers, infringe rights, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.

Storefront orders and transactions

Pasalify supplies storefront, catalog, customer, cart, checkout, shipping, and order-record tools. The merchant—not Pasalify—is responsible for its products, fulfillment, customer service, taxes, and storefront purchase refunds unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

A Pasalify order record does not by itself guarantee payment, delivery, fulfillment, or a particular transaction outcome. Customers should contact the relevant merchant about a storefront purchase.

Domains and third-party services

Domain, DNS, payment, email, storage, analytics, and other third-party services may be required for particular features. Their availability and separate terms are controlled by their providers.

You are responsible for domains and external accounts you connect, including keeping access and DNS information accurate. Pasalify cannot guarantee third-party activation or processing times.

Availability, changes, suspension, and termination

Pasalify may change, maintain, restrict, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written agreement says so.

Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, investigate suspected misuse, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. You remain responsible for charges and obligations incurred before termination.

Ownership and permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Pasalify the limited permission needed to host, copy, display, process, and deliver that content for operating, securing, and improving the service.

Pasalify and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, branding, documentation, and other materials. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Pasalify is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pasalify is not responsible for a merchant’s products, content, promises, customer relationships, or acts of third-party providers. Each party remains responsible for losses caused by its own unlawful conduct, fraud, or breach of these terms to the extent required by applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, law, or our practices change. The content-updated date identifies the current published version.
