Who this policy covers
This policy applies to people who visit Pasalify public pages, create or use a merchant account, contact Pasalify, or use a storefront powered by Pasalify.
A merchant controls the products, content, customers, and orders in its storefront. For that information, the merchant may be responsible for deciding why and how it is used, while Pasalify provides the platform and processes it to deliver the service.
Information we collect
The information involved depends on how a person uses Pasalify.
- Account and profile details, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, authentication records, roles, and account settings.
- Business and storefront information, including store settings, catalog content, media, domains, shipping configuration, and staff access.
- Storefront customer and commerce information, including customer profiles, addresses, carts, order records, and order address snapshots.
- Subscription billing information received from supported payment providers, including customer, subscription, payment and invoice identifiers, billing status, and limited payment-method details such as brand and last four digits or a PayPal account email. Pasalify does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
