Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and billing corrections work for Pasalify subscriptions—and where storefront customers should request help.

What this policy covers

This policy covers fees paid by a merchant for a Pasalify subscription. It does not govern purchases made by shoppers from independent merchants using a Pasalify storefront.

Free plans and trials

The Starter plan does not create a paid subscription. Where a trial is offered without collecting a payment method, it does not automatically create a subscription charge.

The checkout page shows the price, currency, interval, and any applicable trial before a merchant confirms a paid subscription.

Subscription charges

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected monthly or yearly interval and renew until canceled. A change of mind, unused time, or failure to use available features does not normally create a refund after a billing period begins.

This does not limit any refund or remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Cancellation is different from a refund

Canceling a subscription prevents a future renewal when the cancellation takes effect; it does not automatically reverse a charge already paid. Unless Pasalify states otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Contact Pasalify for cancellation assistance when self-service cancellation is not available in the Billing & Plan area.

When to request a review

Contact Pasalify promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, processed for the wrong amount or currency, made after an effective cancellation, unauthorized, or affected by a serious service issue. We will review the account, invoice, payment-provider event history, and applicable law before deciding the request.

Include the merchant account email, invoice identifier, charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number or card security code.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible. The selected payment provider, card networks, banks, and local payment methods control when the refunded amount appears, so Pasalify cannot guarantee a specific settlement time.

Currency conversion, exchange-rate differences, or fees charged independently by a bank or payment provider may not be refundable by Pasalify.

Storefront purchases

Each Pasalify merchant is responsible for its own products, fulfillment, customer service, and refund policy. If you purchased from a storefront, contact that merchant directly using the details shown by the store or in your order communication.

Pasalify does not currently issue financial refunds for an independent merchant’s storefront order.
